At Forté Legacy, customer satisfaction and product quality are important to us.

Returns and Exchanges

For hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used fragrance products due to personal scent preferences or changes of mind.

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of pickup or delivery. Please contact us before returning an item.

Damaged, Defective, or Leaking Products

If your fragrance arrives damaged, defective, or leaking, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photographs of the issue when possible.

We will review the issue and offer an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost when the product is confirmed defective.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been prepared for pickup or dispatched for local delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
